I cannot stress this enough- Build a routine. Build Habits. Wake up every day and get used to being productive, one day at a time. Do this for long enough and eventually you’ll be at your goal without even realising it.

overstimulation is the biggest reason why I don’t read as much anymore.. nowadays im used to watching tv while playing a video game on my laptop and messing around w my phone at the same time. reading requires undivided attention, at least for me, and I have a rlly hard time trying to focus on doing only one thing, no matter how much I might enjoy it. I rlly wish I could go back to reading a new book every week
